Valle Verde Quintas is in Cebadilla, a small rural community just 4 kilometers South of Turrúcares which is across Highway 27 from La Garita and Atenas, boasting the best climate in the world!
From the subdivision in Cebadilla, there is a 5 minute drive through beautiful rolling pastures and ranch land filled with massive volcanic rocks, horses, cows and picket fences before reaching the bustling small town of Turrúcares. From there, a quick left takes you to the highway with easy access to either San Jose for shopping UGG Outlet & dining in just minutes, or the beautiful beaches of the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.
From the San Jose International Airport, Valle Verde Quintas is just a quick 21 kilometer drive. I suggest using the Waze app to find the best route! It is highly functional in Costa Rica and will divert you around live traffic. Below is a map by Google -
When you are ready for a day at the beach, just pack your cooler and beach blanket and the drive is just over an hour. Don't forget to stop off at the Tárcoles bridge and see the world famous crocodiles of Costa Rica! I suggest Play Herradura at Los Sueños. If it is a weekend or holiday, Herradura can be a little crowded so just a few more minutes down to Playa Hermosa or Bejuco for a more relaxed surfer type beach. And if you are not up for the waves at all, take an extra 10 minutes to Jacó for some great restaurants, bars, shopping and gambling. Below is a map by Google -
